I have posted some pictures of our "Snow Day" which started last night.
We built a fire in the Chiminea and played in the snow all night.
The reflection of light off all of the snow made it seem like early morning so we got to play
until well after bedtime!
It was a great time.

Concealed Beauty February Guest Designer
Guest Designer Challenge this month is to create anything (LO-no smaller than 8×8, altered project, 3 cards) using colors pink, red, white in honor of valentine's day . Please show us your beautiful creations.
Winner will be our Guest DT member for February 08!
1. You may enter the contest each month unless you have won the month prior.
2. Your layout must meet the contest rules and guidelines to be eligible.
3. Your layout has to be newly created specifically for this contest.
4. You may share your layout on other websites.
5. You must be a registered member with the forum and have a minimum of 10 posts to enter the contest.
6. If you do not meet all the requirements of the contest rules your layout will be disqualified so please pay close attention to the guidelines and rules.
7. Contest Deadline 1/28/2008 midnight CST, so you have to upload your creations in the sites gallery area for Guest Designer by midnight CST on 28th of month to be eligible to win.
8. If you win the contest you will be a guest DT member for the next month, and CB will send you one of our kits to create 4 projects with.

I have been trying to come up with my "mantra" for this year. I have finally decided what it will be....
Embrace Change
There have been a lot of changes in my life that will affect this year. Many were out of my control, some were definitely not what I would have chosen. What I am choosing to do is meet these changes head on and work for the best possible outcome.
Some of these changes are GREAT. I am on the Concealed Beauty Design Team 2008, and working on a few others. I have just started in the Scrapbook online community scene, and I am loving it. There are so many wonderful people, and some great inspiration on some sites.
I will be posting some of the links to my favorite challenges, inspiring layout and chats.
So keep an eye on here regularly.
